Today, the investment policy team visited the construction of the first phase of Dragon Capital’s M10 Lviv Industrial Park. This is a dry warehouse complex with an area of 14,400 square meters located on a plot of 2.7 hectares.
The industrial park is located in the industrial zone of the Lviv district Ryasne-2 near the highway of international importance M10 just 60 km from the border with Poland.
At the moment, the foundation has been laid and the frame of the building has been installed by 70%. Completion of the first phase of the industrial park is planned for the third quarter of 2022.
Mykhailo Sakun, Investment Director of Dragon Capital, notes that the construction of this complex is an important strategic decision, as it is not only an effective business cluster mechanism for residents, but also the opportunity to receive special preferences in the form of tax benefits. as we noted in a previous post.
The investment objects located on the bypass part of the city of Lviv, which is being actively developed recently, were also digitized. Objects have the following purpose
placement, construction, maintenance and operation of buildings and structures of energy generating enterprises, institutions and organizations;
commercial lands;
placement and operation of main, auxiliary and auxiliary buildings and structures of enterprises of processing, machine-building and other industries.
